Who is the solo trader package for?

What exactly is included in the monthly price?
Everything in the ten inclusions: domain registration and renewal, professional email hosting on your domain, a business number that rings on your mobile, managed email signatures, app-based mileage tracking with monthly reports, MFA setup on your key accounts, provisioned cloud storage, cloud-to-cloud backup of email and files, monthly OS patching, and the Microsoft 365 Business licence (all Microsoft products except Teams). Why is Teams excluded from the Microsoft 365 plan?
Most solo traders don't need a team meeting product — they run one-person operations. The licence includes everything else in the Business plan (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner and more). If you later want Teams or extra users, it's an add-on, not a repurchase.
Will I miss calls when I'm on the tools or away from the office?
No — that's the point of the business number. It's a virtual number that always forwards to your mobile, so it rings wherever you are, and your personal number stays private. Clients dial one number and always reach you.
How does the mileage tracking work for tax?
You log business trips in the app as you go (or batch it on a Friday). At month-end a report of your business kilometres is generated, formatted to line up with the ATO's travel claims — hand it to your bookkeeper and move on.

It works automatically using a free device placed in your vehicle and an app on your phone. First, you install the mileage tracking application on your phone. Next, you place the tracking device inside your vehicle. Once set up, the system automatically detects trips and logs your mileage without any manual input.
