Who is the solo trader package for?
Sole traders and one-person businesses — tradespeople, consultants, mobile services, creative freelancers, allied-health practitioners and agents — who need to look professional and be easy to find without buying and managing each piece separately.
What exactly is included in the $389/month price?
All ten inclusions: domain registration and renewal, professional email hosting on your domain, a designed email signature set up for you, a business number that rings on your mobile, mileage tracking with a vehicle device and monthly reports, Google Business Profile management, a free 3-page website, cloud-to-cloud backup of email and files, social media management, and a Microsoft 365 Business licence (Teams excluded). One fixed monthly price, with the terms set out in your quote.
How does the mileage tracking work, and how does it help at tax time?
A small tracking device is placed in your vehicle and the companion app is installed on your phone. Trips are detected and logged automatically — no manual entry. At the end of each month you receive a report of your business kilometres to hand to your bookkeeper or keep with your tax records. You can review and categorise individual trips in the app at any time.
What does Google Business Profile management involve?
We claim and verify your profile in your business name, complete your services, service areas, hours, photos and contact details, publish regular updates, and reply to reviews on your behalf. An accurate, active profile is what qualifies you to appear in Google's local map results — we keep it accurate and active.
What is in the free 3-page website?
A Home, Services and Contact page on your own domain — mobile-friendly, fast and HTTPS-secured — with click-to-call and an enquiry form that lands in your business inbox. Hosting and updates to your details are included. Extra pages, online booking or a shop are quoted separately.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
Facebook and Instagram business pages by default — the two that matter most for local trades and services. We set them up with your branding, keep your details consistent with your website and Google profile, and publish regular posts on your behalf.
Is the email signature a separate tool I have to install?
No. We design a branded signature for you and set it up directly on your mailbox and devices as part of onboarding. There's no third-party signature app or plugin to manage.
Why is Teams excluded from the Microsoft 365 licence?
Most one-person businesses don't need a team-meeting product. The licence includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint and Planner. If you later take on staff or subcontractors, Teams can be added on rather than repurchased.
Will I miss calls when I'm on a job?
The business number forwards to your mobile, so it rings wherever you are. Your personal number stays private, and the business number stays the same even if you change phones.
Do I own the domain, the number and the accounts?
Yes. Everything is registered in your business's name. If you ever leave, the domain, number, website content and accounts go with you.
What is the minimum commitment?
The agreement term, notice period and cancellation terms are set out in writing in your quote, and confirmed on your onboarding call before anything is set up.
I already have a domain / number / website — can I still use the package?
Yes. We move your existing domain and number across and either connect your current website or replace it with the included 3-page site — your choice. Tell us what you have on the quick call and we'll plan the transfer.
