An outsourced IT department — without the IT salary
Zeeflex is a managed service provider for small business: we take ownership of your technology, monitor it around the clock, and answer the phone when things go wrong. Predictable monthly cost, published SLAs, and no lock-in.
What is an MSP, in plain English?
A managed service provider (MSP) is the company that becomes your IT department. Instead of a part-time IT hire and a stack of break-fix invoices, you pay one fixed monthly fee and we take ownership of the whole stack: monitoring, patching, security, backups, the helpdesk, and the strategy behind it all.
For a small business it's the difference between reacting to IT — paying $150 a pop every time something breaks — and managing it: most faults get caught by monitoring before your users notice, your cost is flat and predictable, and your security, backups and roadmap are handled by default instead of by reminder.
What your monthly fee actually buys
No à-la-carte surprises — these are in every Zeeflex MSP plan, not add-ons.

MSP questions, answered
What small-business owners ask before switching to managed IT.
What is an MSP (managed service provider)?
An MSP is an outsourced IT department. Instead of hiring in-house IT, you pay a fixed monthly fee and the provider takes ownership of your technology: monitoring, patching, security, backups, helpdesk and strategy. For a small business it costs a fraction of a full-time IT hire and covers after-hours too.
How much does an MSP cost for a small business?
Our small business IT support plan is charged per seat, and the starting price is $109 including GST.
How is an MSP different from break-fix IT?
Break-fix charges per incident and only acts when something breaks. An MSP is proactive: monitoring and patching catch most faults before users notice, you have a predictable monthly cost instead of surprise bills, and you get security, backups and strategy included — not billed as extras.
Do you replace our current IT supplier completely?
Usually yes, but a co-managed path works too: keep your in-house person for what they're good at and we take the monitoring, overflow, after-hours and strategy. The split is agreed up front and adjusted each quarter.
Can you support us if we're not in Tasmania?
Yes — MSP delivery is remote-first: monitoring, helpdesk, patching and strategy are all delivered remotely. On-site visits happen in Tasmania (no travel fee); elsewhere we coordinate on-site hardware work with vetted local partners when a physical visit is needed.
What's in the 14-day guarantee for an MSP plan?
The guarantee applies to defined service engagements. For ongoing plans the protection is structural instead: fixed monthly fee, published SLA with named escalation — you stay because it works, not because of a contract.
