Digital Family Safety
Technology should make home life easier — not the thing you avoid.
Digital family safety is the setup that lets kids use technology safely: age-appropriate filtering that actually works, screen-time routines, privacy settings on the accounts kids do have, and a family conversation guide. We set it up together so the whole household understands it.
The slow laptop, the Wi-Fi that gives up upstairs, the drive that holds a decade of photos — most home tech problems are fixable, and most fixes are cheaper than a replacement.
We come to you island-wide in Tasmania, give you a fixed quote before any work, and back the fix with our 14-day workmanship guarantee.
Family safety visits from $129, GST included.

Common questions — digital family safety
The questions clients ask most about this service, answered with real prices and real response times.
Prefer to talk? +61 (485) 688 262Do the filters work if kids know tech?
We configure them at the router level, not just in the browser, and separate kids' devices from the adult admin network — which is what makes them work when a clever 11-year-old is involved.
How much does a home visit cost?
Standard home visits are from $99 and complex visits from $125, including the trip across Tasmania with no travel surcharge. You always get a fixed quote before any work begins, and prices include GST.
Do you travel to my home?
Yes — we travel anywhere in Tasmania for on-site visits, and we offer remote sessions (screen sharing) for homes outside Tasmania. Remote sessions are booked the same way as on-site visits.
Can you help my parents who aren't tech-savvy?
Absolutely. Computer help for seniors is one of our most booked services — patient, jargon-free walkthroughs of phones, email, video calling, tablets and safety settings, plus a written cheatsheet they can keep.
What if you can't fix the problem?
Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies: if we haven't resolved the issue you booked us for, you don't pay for that visit. We'll always tell you honestly when something is beyond repair and recommend the best path forward.
