Newsletters
Everything we have emailed to the list, published here too. No tracking pixels in these pages — open the one you are interested in rather than the one the subject line was cleverest about.
Once a month, and an extra issue only when there is a security issue that customers need to act on — a widely exploited vulnerability, a Microsoft 365 change, or a scam doing the rounds in Tasmania. We do not send campaigns to fill a calendar.
Plain-English explainers of the threats we are actually seeing, changes to Microsoft 365 and software pricing that affect your invoice, and the fixes our technicians wish more people knew about before they called us.
We ask for an email address and nothing else, we do not sell or rent the list, and every issue has a one-click unsubscribe that works without a login. Our privacy policy says the same thing with more detail.
No issues published yet. Read the blog in the meantime.
Questions people ask before subscribing
How do I subscribe?
Send one line to [email protected] asking to be added, or tick the newsletter box on the contact form. There is no list-builder funnel and no sequence of automated emails waiting behind it — you get the newsletter and nothing else.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer that works without a login, and it is actioned before the next send. Replying to an issue and asking to be removed works just as well.
Do you sell the list?
No, and we do not rent it, swap it with partner companies or add customers to it automatically. A newsletter list is personal information under the Privacy Act and we treat it the way we would want ours treated.
Are the issues just marketing?
Mostly not. The archive above is unedited, so read a couple before deciding — the security warnings in particular are written to be useful to somebody who never becomes a customer.
